The New Patient Experience
Welcome to our practice! You have taken the first step to optimal oral and total body health! We want your initial visit with our practice to be educational, relaxing, comfortable, and as anxiety free as possible. Our team, with over 170 years total experience, is dedicated to making your dental health our priority.
When calling Alouf Aesthetic Dentistry to inquire about an appointment you will be greeted in a friendly professional manner by one of our team members who are trained to answer all of your questions and assist you in reserving your first appointment. We respectfully request a debit/credit card to reserve your appointment.
Registration is as easy as downloading our New Patient forms from our website.
When you arrive at our facility you will be greeted warmly by one of our team members who will already know a lot about you before you even arrive! She will complete your registration and familiarize you with our facility and services. Her job is to make you feel comfortable and part of the Alouf family! Relax and enjoy the opportunity to review patient education materials, our Cosmetic Before & After Photo Album of real patients, or just have a hot or cold beverage on us!
You will be introduced to an Aa dental hygienist to begin the next step of your journey. Before you are seated in a dental chair, you will just sit and chat in a relaxed environment, one on one, gathering your dental history, review your health history, medications, any dental concerns and goals you may have. This is the first opportunity for you to ask your questions! Then, your hygienist will do a thorough examination of your teeth and gums which includes an oral cancer screening, periodontal measurements, and any necessary x-rays. Most new patients in our practice require a full mouth series of x-rays and a panorex x-ray. The hygienist will discuss her findings with you and provide you a second opportunity to ask questions.
Next, let’s meet Dr. Alouf. Your hygienist will provide him with her clinical findings and the doctor will take a second look. Dr. Alouf will briefly review your medical and dental history and address your primary concerns. Dr. Alouf will review your x-rays, and check the entirety of your mouth, neck, and jaw for any signs of concern. At this time, the doctor may prescribe additional diagnostics to completely diagnose and treatment plan your case.
At Alouf Aesthetics Dentistry, our philosophy is to diagnose and prescribe the right treatment for each patient comprehensively which means the doctor will need time for case planning. We want this be a long term relationship for a lifetime of smiles!
Experience the difference today! Contact us to reserve a New Patient appointment and take the next step in partnering with a dental provider that really cares about YOU!
