You may take advantage of a 10% fee reduction for your total treatment plan by paying in full with cash or check, or  5%  fee reduction with Visa, MC, Discover, or American Express at the time treatment begins. Total treatment plan must be over $1000 to qualify for this courtesy reduction.

About Your Dental Insurance.....

Insurance Assignment and Verified Co-Payments

As a New Patient with our practice you will be expected to make all payments at the time of service and we will submit your insurance claims on your behalf. As you become an established patient with our practice with a payment history of record, we may allow you to pay the difference after insurance for your health and wellness visits. For restorative visits over $300 a preauthorization can be obtained and verified co-insurance amounts may be approved.

Our insurance coordinator will try to verify your dental insurance coverage and obtain your plan benefits. This office does not participate or is contracted with any insurance company. We have the ability to electronically submit claims and preauthorizations to most all insurance carriers with a prompt response and payment directly to the patient.

Delta Dental insurance plans will not honor assignment of benefits for our office; all Delta Dental patients must make payment in full for all services.

Your Dental Benefit Plan....

Dental benefit plans are an arrangement with you/your employer to defray some of the costs of your care. The amount of that subsidy depends on what type of plan was purchased and how much you/your employer paid for the plan. Good plans will cover most services and base their reimbursement on your actual fee. Lesser plans will not cover some services, even if they are medically/dentally necessary, or will pay a fee based on a discounted amount of your actual fee. Furthermore, most plans limit their annual benefit to a rather small amount.

Please remember that the insurance benefit is based on what your carrier has told us, however; the entire fee is your responsibility. If after 30 days a balance due remains, we will require you to take care of your account. Any insurance amounts received after you have paid will be refunded to you directly.

Our practice promises to provide you with state of the art dentistry and the best preventative care possible regardless of your insurance coverage. Further, we will assist you in obtaining the maximum benefit from your dental carrier by verifying your benefits, obtaining preauthorizations, electronically filing claims, and following up with your carrier on your behalf for any claims not promptly paid. Our business office will file claims to a secondary insurance carrier, however; any pre-authorized co-payments will be calculated on the primary insurance only.
